Our powder coating facility has totally 11 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down both sides of the fence panel. Two fixed guns for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed gun for the top rail at both sides. The last fun is always fixed at the position of spear top.

Crosscut testing for the powder coating.

Our QC check the powder coating thickness every position of the fence panel. The average thickness of the coating is more than 100um.

The package is extremely important for the powder coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame package to well protect the good products. It will be very easy for our customers unload the pallets by forklift.

Q: Can you design for us?
A: Yes, our professional technology department can design for by our advanced software. Just send us your requirement in word or oral, we can do all other works for you.

Q: We have a problem of spear crack from another supplier when forming the spears, do you have the same problem.
A: No, all spears are press-formed before aging, so no crack at sides of the spear.

Q: What about the sample time and charge?
A: (1) 7-10 days if you want to customize your products. Free sample.
(2) 3-7 days if material available.

Q: What about the delivery time of our products?
A: For standard fence panels, it needs 2 days to finish a full 40'HQ container. We have enough welder, so do not worry about a shortage of welders.
5.
Q: What is your MOQ for a trial order?
A: Normally, it needs a full container shipment for protecting fence panel during transportation. But we can talk about it.
