Welded mesh security fencing is a combination of wires in the horizontal and vertical direction welded at their.junctions to provide a rigid fence. A number of different designs are manufactured from Ø3 mm to Ø5 mm wire.at varying specifications for economy or strength. The mesh size has a dimension of 50 x 200 mm, width 2500 mm panels. Welded mesh panel fencing offers great strength and endurance to bending over the whole surface and we add to 2 to 4 folds in a "V".

Fence Panel Manufacturing Process:
Wire Drawing → Wire Straightening & Wire Cutting → Welding →Folds/Curves Bending→ Electric Galvanizing/Hot-dipped Galvanizing → Parkerizing → PVC Coating /Spraying→ Packing → Loading.
Packing:
Fence Panels:
1>it has rubber mat at the bottom of the pallet to avoid the pallet destroyed the panels
2>it has 4 metal corners to keep the pallet more strong.
3>it has a metal plate under the plastic bandage to reduce the pressure of fence panels.
4>it has a wooden plate at the top of fence panel which can protect the fence panels avoid being crushed by other pallets.
Fence Post:
Each fence post is covered by the cap (save your installing time and cost of labor) then with plastic film, then metal pallet.
Accessories:
Clips and screws are packed by sets, plastic film + carton box.
