Detailed introductions:
1) Our panels are made out of the thicker material top and bottom rails 40x40x1.2mm and 25x25x1.0mm for all verticals
2) The gap in between the verticals is 110mm compared to wider gaps with others.
3) We use for all our panels galvanized material only.
4) Very important is that we phosphate wash our panels before powder coating which means a very high-quality powder coating which will long last many many years compared to my competitors.
Producing Process:
Gate designs:
Gates attach to posts that are similar to end posts but are stronger in order to support the weight and movement of the gate. Don't use a regular end post to install a gate.
Order your gates when you order your fence materials. Be sure to buy the appropriate gate hardware.
Packing and container loading:
1. Fence panel: Air bubble flim+metal pallet
2. Fence post: every post pack with a plastic film bag(the cap is welded well on the post)+pallet
3. Fence accessories: Carton
